Great experience with my first order from Horizon. Ordered a E-Flite P-51. There were less expensive E-Flite P-51s at other Hobby shops but when factoring in the shipping costs other hobby outlets had Horizon Hobby came out the winner.

I’m happy Horizon Hobby still carries parts for some old planes like the eFlight Valient 1.2m and others that I still own and fly. I’m also pleased that prices have not skyrocketed due to inflationary pressures challenging our economy.

Came across a YouTube video on rc crawling. The guy in the video gave a shout out to Horizon Hobby so I decided to check them out. Being retired I’m always looking for something to do. Before life took over I was involved in the rc hobby 40+ years ago. I saw the Axial scx30 Toyota Tacoma. Perfect! A small and inexpensive way of easing my way back into the hobby. Very happy 👍🏻

There needs to be quicker response for customer service inquiries better yet a phone number for your customers to contact you to answer/handle concerns within the hour. Not 3 days. This is the only reason I would consider buying elsewhere

Only one problem! If I had been able to speak with a real person I would have received the updated landing gear kit for my E-Flite Timber that I needed! I received the older version and as I have a new Timber Evolution 1.5 I had to reorder the correct kit!

The website is ok, some parts descriptions are lacking in technical specs, parts descriptions could be clearer in their compatibility. Parts availability on the website could be better- product support is lacking as not all parts for every model are available which is understandable with discontinued products but unacceptable with the current lineup. I should be able to buy everything I need for every model in the current lineup.

Once again parts on backorder, also the rewards program has changed. you used to get credit immediately after part swere shipped, now the tier has been raised and the rewards are harder to attain. It will be easier for me to look elsewhere for product because the incentive to purchase has basically disappeared. many sites had a labor day sale yet nothing from Horizon. Once again corporate decisions are making it easier to search out the competition. FMS and dynam were not purchasing options but they are now because of decisions made to be greedy and play games with what I'm sure kept customers shopping, i.e., changing the rewards program.

I’m a newbie and fried my diode in my Aeroscout RTF that I just bought from you. Internet research is telling me that I need a replacement receiver to ensure safe operation. Won’t maintain bind and I need to rebind every power up cycle. :( Website is pretty good however, the menus disappear a bit too quickly which makes reading / finding things more difficult. Site is great overall and I’ll be back again for sure.
