It arrived after on wensday evening, erlyer than expected and I opened it write away the box was very inviting and I could not let it set without opening it the contents inside were neatly packaged and very organized by number no dings or scratches, assembly has been easy and fun the most fun I have had assisting a rc and no need to wonder for parts as it had all I needed inside the box. I would most definitely order another

I had an issue with the R/C truck I bought, the speed controller burned up as soon as I tried to use it. It took a minute, but they sent me a new controller and that seems to have fixed the problem. The battery that I ordered was on back order, but arrived sooner than their projected date, which was nice. The bottom line is, they may not be perfect, but they are darn close and they try. More than you can say for a lot of other companies out there today.

I buy stuff when I have the money. If it’s back ordered I would prefer to pay “upfront”, and not get a surprise charges a few weeks later, when I don’t have the money. I know that’s not everyone’s opinion but I wish it was an option at checkout.

The AeroScout purchased is designed to get new pilots flying using an airplane with AS3X and a three-position switch (beginner, experienced, and expert), and a safe mode option. I am an experienced RC pilot, and on my first flights I discovered that ailerons were not working in experienced mode, but they worked in beginner and expert modes. Great products! You all are by far the best! Would appreciate more of a return locality customer discount. That is my only complaint. Not a complaint either.
