During the purchasing phase I would like to see recommended spare parts that are more prone to damage or breaking then other parts, e.g. (propeller(s), cowls, spinners, etc.). FMS does this during checkout and I find it very helpful.

I ordered replacement parts for my Draco to meter plane last Friday and within minutes realized they were being shipped to my Florida address that had no ability to send a message email or call or do anything to stop this At this point, I canceled the timber aircraft hopefully but the Draco was said to be already shipped today, even though there was no one around this weekend to stop it So I’m just ordering a second set of struts for the Draco to be shipped to the right address and I’ll probably have to eat the ones that went to Florida because you have no ability to allow somebody to quickly cancel an order when they’re making an error on the shipping address I always had good feeling about you guys, but this is beyond belief so I’ll try to get my stuff through Amazon from now on if it has to be one of your products

I could delete my credit card on file but couldn't add a new one after several attempts over a period of time. Also, despite repeated attempts, I could not purchase the $500 "credit" line in order to get the $100 bonus, again, after repeated times. I did make a parts purchase, but could not use the $600 "line of credit I sought to use.

very easy to work with actually doing it while working super quick every time I’ve used it. I’ve only purchased three items ever, but those items are over $500. I will continue to purchase more with them. Horizon hobby also always has items that no one else has in stock. That is why I will continue to purchase online. I prefer going in person to score, but most of those stores do not have the stock

Ordered a Horizon Hobby gift card, and it did not arrive. I to spend 45 minutes waiting to get to Live Chat to have the representative manually send to me the gift card codes to place an order. The Virtual Assistant is worthless and cumbersome. You need a contact phone number to ask questions such as what I had.

On Fathers Day, I lost my Sport Cub S2 when it flew over a ballpark fence and down an embankment into the port of LA in San Pedro, CA. I really like this plane and looked to see if I could buy another BNF model for less than $100 since I have the transmitter and batteries.
