The website is very easy to navigate, and is also easy on the eyes! I was able to enter my shipping and billing information quickly and efficiently, and check out was fast as well. This is my first time purchasing directly from Horizon Hobby as my local hobby shop just sold their last SCX30 Tacoma, so this was a great experience!

I find the website disorganized, somewhat frustrating to navigate, and lacking in specific information about the products, ie. dimensions. "Intended for XYZ model" is fine if one has that model, unhelpful otherwise.

Great experience with my first order from Horizon. Ordered a E-Flite P-51. There were less expensive E-Flite P-51s at other Hobby shops but when factoring in the shipping costs other hobby outlets had Horizon Hobby came out the winner.
