Package was delivered almost completely destroyed. Both inner and outer cartons had very large holes. The wing of the airplane actually has a big dent in it. I am disabled and in order for me to have returned the package would have required me to Find another outer carton or try to repair the one that was delivered I also would have needed to get help from someone to get to the post office to return it as I don't drive.I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just kept it anyway. The outer carton should have been thicker or made of some kind of stronger cardboard and I guess UPS should have been more careful about they way they handle a $500 package. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Yes ordered the timber and wanted to order the Spektrum NX8+ but it’s not available until November called a couple days f hobby shop near me and three of them were available not sure why there not available at such a well stocked hobby online store. Also wanted to use a discount from Spektrum 15% on the radio but it’s not good in November sad but true.

I ordered 2 airplanes one showed up. I had to come check my account and found one plane was back order until December so that’s not going to work. Also the pc21 i ordered while ordering it looked like it came with a radio. The way the site is laid out on iPhone is not very conducive for shopping. Might want to get that adjusted since most folks are on iPhones. I had to go get an iPad so I don’t make any mistakes on this order for radios.

I ordered and paid for an ARRMA Mini Kraton, but Horizon sent me a completely different Little Monster truck that I never intended to purchase. Their proposed 20% discount was inadequate because I already have a 20% coupon, and it did not make up for the inconvenience or wasted time. I asked Horizon to cancel my Mini Kraton order, return all discounts and rewards used to my account, and arrange pickup of the incorrect item. After this experience and the disappointing customer service, I would not recommend Horizon Hobby and plan to purchase my RC products elsewhere.
