Ok I like to speak with you on the phone but for whatever reason I that never happens and when I cant get a hold of you I find answers some were else and that's no fair to those businesses because you get the order. Than when I make a return because I did not get the answers you want me to pay shipping like for the air pump I bought that I did not need because it came with the plane. Now I need this order I did on Sunday to go with my order I made on Saturday for the free shipping also every time I go to you page I get a 10% coupon that I never can find why is that. I should be on the check out page automatically right? Also I should have a shit load of points to take money off this order but never seem to find that ether why?

Using the saved American Express card to complete a purchase… asks for a cvc ? Only lets you enter 3 digit and the number has 4 digits… also I see no way to remove the cards including the expired ones…
