The checkout experience is likely the worst I have ever experienced. If you have your abandoned cart statistics, I assume they are very high! Your margins direct to the website are minuscule, you need to make that your priority to fix. With no dealer margins you could even offer free expedited shipping and come out ahead.

Horizon gave me a credit for out of stock items that were in stock when I ordered. Ryan in product support gave me a credit, but still I was charged for shipping. I reordered his recommendation for replacement. I ordered them and was charged shipping again. So, my original coupon for $40 was used for $30~ and I was charged $10 for shipping! So Horizon just made $10 on a refund! Good job.

I have been waiting for a resolution regarding a replacement motor for my Arrma Gorgon, which I purchased in June 2025. The entire process has been a waiting game and one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Ironically, on June 15, one full year after my purchase, I was offered a coupon as a resolution to the issue. After waiting that long for support, I do not consider that an acceptable solution. Based on the reviews I've since read on Amazon, it appears I am not the only customer who has had this experience. Lesson learned: read the reviews before purchasing from Horizon.

Working with the webb site was not easy. I had to re-do my order twice to get it right. The virtual assistant is very cumbersome. The chat was OK, but very slow and it took awhile to get to the receiver I wanted. It could have been handled in a one minute phone conversation.
