Free shipping is great. Good web design makes it easy to order and find spare parts for older people with poor computer skills (like me) I like that I can still buy spare parts for some of the discontinued planes so I can keep flying them.

I just bought a charger and 2 batteries for my new E-flite UMX Pitts R/C Biplane which I had received as a gift last year but never flew. (I wanted to fly this along with other planes on Father's Day but could not get these items in time at my local hobby store.) I checked prices on other sites, but Horizon Hobby offered the lowest ones since these items were discounted. I also received great online chat help (by a guy named Wayne) to make sure I was buying the correct charger! This is my 2nd order, since I also bought a new Hobby Zone Sport Cub S2 to replace the one I sadly lost on Father's Day. Again, the discount was substantial and free shipping! Bravo and Thank You Horizon Hobby! You are now my new go to hobby store!

My bank didn’t like the website so they stopped my card for fraud . Then my discount code wouldn’t work when I tried to place the order again , then a virtual assistant gave me a new code that also didn’t work . I finally got a new code that worked but it took me all day to complete my order . A pain in the butt but i ended up getting it taken care of and got the new discount code . I hope my products get here at a reasonable time .cant wait to rip my new car

Your whole website leaves a lot to be desired. It is very poorly built and breaks in many areas. You are losing enormous amounts of $$s as a result of this. Whoever built this does not know what they are doing and does not have the capabilities to fix it.

During the purchasing phase I would like to see recommended spare parts that are more prone to damage or breaking then other parts, e.g. (propeller(s), cowls, spinners, etc.). FMS does this during checkout and I find it very helpful.

I ordered replacement parts for my Draco to meter plane last Friday and within minutes realized they were being shipped to my Florida address that had no ability to send a message email or call or do anything to stop this At this point, I canceled the timber aircraft hopefully but the Draco was said to be already shipped today, even though there was no one around this weekend to stop it So I’m just ordering a second set of struts for the Draco to be shipped to the right address and I’ll probably have to eat the ones that went to Florida because you have no ability to allow somebody to quickly cancel an order when they’re making an error on the shipping address I always had good feeling about you guys, but this is beyond belief so I’ll try to get my stuff through Amazon from now on if it has to be one of your products

I could delete my credit card on file but couldn't add a new one after several attempts over a period of time. Also, despite repeated attempts, I could not purchase the $500 "credit" line in order to get the $100 bonus, again, after repeated times. I did make a parts purchase, but could not use the $600 "line of credit I sought to use.
