I’m a newbie and fried my diode in my Aeroscout RTF that I just bought from you. Internet research is telling me that I need a replacement receiver to ensure safe operation. Won’t maintain bind and I need to rebind every power up cycle. :( Website is pretty good however, the menus disappear a bit too quickly which makes reading / finding things more difficult. Site is great overall and I’ll be back again for sure.

need to fix the payment portal. My saved card is Amex, which uses a 4-digit security code but the field for entering the code beside the save card only accepts 3 digits. I have to re-enter my saved card each time I use the site.

Using the search locator bar, it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for, along with options for possible wildcard results (ie, typed in "HBZ38000", and it brought up both "HBZ38000", "HBZ380000", and "HBZ380001"; it would've been nice to see "HBZ380002" or other newer/upgraded, etc models, but it was pleasant to see the former nonetheless.). I almost purchased a certain model that was backordered for a few months, and would've been a potential disaster, birthday timing wise (for two most cherished little boys). But, it was actually my AI assistant that caught the very small print, pointing that out. So, it would've been even nicer to see things like that highlighted on the page, for preventing potential inconvenience to your clientele. <3 (Perhaps, in a red and/or enlarged font, highlighted in yellow?) Either way, the pricing is very fair, based upon the availability, and quality of packaging (though a software option for Mac OS would've been the icing on the cake! :)) Thank you, Horizon Hobby

Package was delivered almost completely destroyed. Both inner and outer cartons had very large holes. The wing of the airplane actually has a big dent in it. I am disabled and in order for me to have returned the package would have required me to Find another outer carton or try to repair the one that was delivered I also would have needed to get help from someone to get to the post office to return it as I don't drive.I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just kept it anyway. The outer carton should have been thicker or made of some kind of stronger cardboard and I guess UPS should have been more careful about they way they handle a $500 package. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

I originally placed an order that was cancelled through some website glitch. When I emailed support they were able to resend the coupon code so I could place the order again. I typically spend 3-5k per year on the hobby. Making the ordering process smooth really helps.
