In the past I've always just used amazon and ebay for my hobbies and a little flyer made me come check you guys out and you have what they dont , the wait is a little longer but who cares . I tried to place this order earlier today when selecting complete order, but it would not go through with my pre-qualification with Klarna. I waited a few hours and was able to complete it. I was hoping to find a Father's Day or Juneteenth sale offer when ordering. I was going to buy from a local store, but they only had the B-n-F version, but I was ok to install my own receiver with my radio. Shame that a radio is not offered included in the purchase of the RTF version

Last three orders almost gave up trying to checkout. Gave different reasons at last page on review, pushed submit....oh look another different reason. That is not acceptable. Came back and 3rd attempt it goes through. What is your freakin' problem there ?

I was interested in the program you had when I bought my cub.. where you buy the trainer sim and dongle and after three crashes you could get up to three hundred dollars store credit. I'm on my second plane, I bought the apprentice from Amazon and I like the way it flies.

The gift card process was horrible! It was Father's Day and I was promised I would receive them shortly after I placed the order. Never got them and tried repeatedly to chat with an agent and that was a horrible experience! I would be in queue and then after 20 minutes, it would say I was up and then disconnect, or another time another agent said he had to connect me with another agent. This is undoubyedly the worst customer experience I have ever encountered and will tell everyone I know how horrible this was. I finally got the gift card numbers and had troubles checking out because the gift cards showed as Invalid Gift Certificate/Reward. After numerous attempts, I finally got them to work! I should receive a huge refund because of this horrible Horizon experience!!! Never again! I have very low expectations for the order ever being shipped and or undamaged if it even gets shipped! My advice is to shop elsewhere!!!!!!!

Best website for RC, has the most RTF planes just getting in to the hobby so they good. Pricing is decent is way to high for a person with little income.

I don’t know what happened to my full throttle rewards I don’t see the point of this. I was a third gear and now it says 2nd gear. Also I was shopping for the areo scout with was in stock then out of stock than back in stock now out again. ???

I ordered the wrong model and tried to cancel it 2-3 hours later on a Friday. I e-mailed and phoned and chatted but nobody would help me. Same situation occured at Amazon and the order was cancelled in less than 5 seconds on line!!!!! Both times it was my mistake and could have easily been corrected as was proven by Amazon. In the future when I order 300-800 dollar RC planes I will continue to order from Amazon if at all possible!! Horizon Hobby still has much to learn about customer courtesy and convenience!!

I was given a Promo code that expired before it was supposed to, The Promo Code was for Price Match as a previously purchased rc car went on a deeper sale, When this happens at Brick&Mortar retailers the difference is returned as cash not store credit, I went to CS Chat for a refreshed code, still not happy that the code expired or would. You have my money, Issuing a Gift card would have cost nothing, and would have been better Customer Service. I would be very happy to see some changes made to your processes in the future. As an industry leader, Do Better, Please.

Got the Twin Otter 1.4 for Father's Day. The assembly process went well until it was time to fasten the elevator pushrod to the elevator horn. The ball was not pressed into the pushrod joint making it impossible to fasten the nut onto the fastening screw. IE- too short. Had to press the ball into the pushrod joint with a pair of long-nose pliers. Never did this before, and I had to figure it out. Total pain!! It seems the ball should have been pressed in during the assembly in China. And/or the instructions should have mentioned how to do this in case it got overlooked. Took 2 hours to finally get it pressed in and hooked up. The ball and screw are extremely small which increased the level of difficulty. Had the ball been pressed in it would have went a lot smoother! *Please communicate to the assemblers in China if possible*. I watched a Brian Phillips video on assembly, but he missed this. He did say "snap it in latter" which led me to the idea to press the ball in with pliers. ***Anyhow, I got it together, after much frustration! The graphics in the instruction manual are, in this case, very poor! The manual was printed on nice gloss paper, but the ball joint diagram was very Poor. Why not better graphics? Hoping for improvement. Thanks

I always have a problem checking out. In this case I thought it was because I had lipo batteries and for some reason they cannot be shipped to a PO Box so I removed them from the order (but that didn't help). The order wasn't over $250 so that wasn't the issue either. Apparently the plane couldn't be sent to a PO Box (not sure why that is). It would be helpful to explain that more fully at checkout. The other thing was that once I allowed the order to be shipped to my physical address, I had to go back in and change the billing address back to the PO Box. I realize it's only a extra clicks and a few more minutes of my time ... but it is slightly frustrating.

First off I love Horizon Hobby I order very infrequently but they always have what I need - I must admit I had a really hard time ordering 3 items - possibly 25 minutes - I could not get the website to work correctly for me - I am older and remember when I could call up and order - that was nice - I was about ready to try that this am. In the process I was offered 10% off by getting email updates etc. signed up I thought. that 10% off did not appear on my bill - oh well -
