Checkout was frustrating, I just wanted to delete the old card and add a new one, 45 minutes later ..... does it really need to be this confusing 😕. For one thing, it just kept saying review order without telling me what it wanted. WTF, you couldn't just say my CC was expired???????? I have to figure it out by trial and error??

You have to be kidding! Why do you bother with a survey? I’ve been trying to contact you since an hour after I made my original order to simply change the address since I have two addresses on file with you and I made the mistake of not recognizing that you were sending the order to my winter address instead of the summer address that I was leaving for. All I got was no one would be in the office for Saturday Sunday so I called early on Monday and got the runaround with chat another non-human beings So finally, you agreed that I can return the order at my expense. There was a large plane and by the time I paid for that, I might just leave it in Florida. It’s not good to have surveys like this when obviously you’re not listening to people I try to get somebody to call me but I’ve done business with you for many years. I probably have had 30 radiant airplanes 5 or 10 transmitters and many other planes. I try not to order directly from you because I support a local hobby shop but this is clearly a reason not to deal with you anymore. Try to get a human being around so someone can cancel an order and then re-ship it to a different address or simply accept the fact that we want to change an address Really sad I doubt if anybody reads these things over there anyway I’m retired from a business that had 2000 employees and they drove me crazy that people sometimes work for you that shouldn’t be doing it

I love Eflite and Horizon Hobby. I was a little nit picky when I got my 2.0m Draco but after flying it and seeing it at sunset, l was in love. I just sold my 1.2m P-47 razorback. I decided I like the bigger planes. Im not quite there as far as balsa planes but I plan on getting the 116" X cub this winter and stuff it with the best servos and most powerful 12s Motor available from Horizon. Just bought the 2.0 Conscendo ( i try to buy everything I can on Prime cause I can get the insurance on it. I wish yall had that, then id buy all my planes direct from you. But it only says in the fine print that the glider doesn't come with the lights. So its ANOTHER $100 on this hobby. Oh well.

Overall the website is good. However, online Horizon coupons are not accepted at checkout. I buy most Horizon products from a local dealer. This dealer cannot get any Horizon product in a timely manner if at all - usually waiting 6 months or more. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder if Horizon is the place to buy product. Dealers HAVE to be Horizons priority since most product is sold there.

It was good. Everything was easy to look through and read and there's a lot of things that I would like to have and save for to get in the future. I generally do rock crawling vehicles and drift cars. I usually drive with one hand because can't use my right hand because of a stroke. But I'm trying to save up to get the steering attachment so I can do it with one hand. I'm just trying to find the one that I will like soe. Any info on that would be great. Thank you!

this is the second time i am ordering these parts!!! i ordered the same parts on the 20th of this month and am still waiting for someone from your establishment to tell me or explain to me what is going on with my first order!!! Order Number HHUSOR246611971. but whatever!!! so now i will see what b. s. you come up with now to delay my order. it's a joke!!! last time you people ended up charging me twice and sending me two of what i only needed one of!!! i always pay more money so i will get my order sooner and you people always take twice as long for me to get my order!!! grrrrr$%&#@!)(&++)*^$%#@$% WTF!!!

I've been dealing with Horizon for about seven years, good products and they do stand behind them. However there is one major change over the years which I and my fellow R/C friends, over 100 members in our club. No longer can you talk to someone over the phone. This is a major problem especially true when you need technical assistance with a Spektrum program issue. It is extremely difficult to describe the problem through chat. You need to reinstate the phone support.

2 meter Conscendo Rudder servo. This order was as expected. My only problem is I shouldnt have had to order replacement servos for a month old plane to being with. The rudder srvo should not fail this quickly.. i am also unhappy that the LED kit is unavailable for the 2 Meter Conscendo, The Led feature was 1/2 the reason I bought the 2 M Conscedo. The fact that is is unavalible, and I only find this out after my purchase feels like a bait and switch.

The checkout experience is likely the worst I have ever experienced. If you have your abandoned cart statistics, I assume they are very high! Your margins direct to the website are minuscule, you need to make that your priority to fix. With no dealer margins you could even offer free expedited shipping and come out ahead.

Horizon gave me a credit for out of stock items that were in stock when I ordered. Ryan in product support gave me a credit, but still I was charged for shipping. I reordered his recommendation for replacement. I ordered them and was charged shipping again. So, my original coupon for $40 was used for $30~ and I was charged $10 for shipping! So Horizon just made $10 on a refund! Good job.
