The search feature sucks. I had to use google search to backtrack to the product. The checkout autofill is the most asinine thing ever. Wont accept my address for checkout even though I have 100k of product delivered to that address every year. If i could get the stuff anywhere else I would avoid this website lime herpes.

The popup on the product pages that popup with, "May I help you with (fill in the product name) or anything else" is very annoying and is regularly superimposed over the link I want to click. I am a member of the Arrma Forum and several people on the forum have the same complaint. If I wanted help with a product, I would click on the, "Chat Now" icon.

Very happy that spare parts for discontinued planes are available. (I crash my planes often) This helps me keep the same aircraft and do not have to learn to fly a new one.

Went to chat after having a website issue. There was no image. The chat told me they were in stock. Tried to place order. was told then no stock. Can't use paypal. don't know when it will be in stock. Looked at some other comments...been out of stock for 2 years? Makes my plane useless. Have to think about buying another plane. If I can't get parts..why wouold I?

great site no complaints I like all the additional info such as user manuals, images, videos....I think having a line to speak with someone could be a good idea....Im not at the highest level rewards program, I think they said there's a number if I have questions but I haven't seen my access PIN as yet....hopefully I'll get it soon....

So this is the second umx/micro plane I have bought from horizon. The me 262 and now the bronco. The only issue I have had is the on both planes I had to cut the cockpit open so I could glue the pilot back in. Because on both planes the pilot was just rolling around the cockpit. I know this isn’t a huge deal but the one side of the cockpit does not look as good as the other because I had to cut and reglue. I’m not sure why this is such a problem for elite/horizon as I’ve heard many people complain about this. This is my only negative feedback. Everything else seems fine. I have not flown the bronco yet but I’m sure it’s fine. Thank you.
