I repurchased today what I had purchased a month ago. After waiting weeks for my original purchase to arrive, I finally tracked down the original purchase confirmation email (that I had never opened to begin with), which showed that I only purchased a $1 donation, which I had originally added at checkout. I double checked my credit card and saw that I was only charged for the $1 donation. I don't know how exactly a glitch like that could occur, allowing my donation to go through without ordering the actual product I purchased, but I thought you should know about it. This second purchase seems to have processed properly.

All was well except for when I was checking out, I removed an item from my basket, by clicking "Remove" that did not seem to work, then I used the minus sign and the number changed to zero, but the order today was unchanged, I have to reload the basket to then get the updated total. Just somewhat disconcerting at the time.

The website for the most part is very clear. I like how everything is easy to find, like Apple’s website. The only problem is sometimes it’s hard to find the “bind and fly “ planes. I am using an iPad so maybe thats why.

Plane broken. Need parts. Took a month to get a servo. Took 10 more days to get a 5 cent mount. Another part - servo cover - needed can’t be purchased separately. After assembly - product failed again. Needed a customer support rep. Couldn’t call - no more Elite tech support. Waited 1/2 twice on chat function - never got to a human that could help. Still trying to fix my broken Ultrix 600. Feel extremely unsupported.

The kit I was interested in had ZERO details about what was in it. I needed to know if includes a certain part to determine what else I need to order. Three attempts to get clarification from Customer Service yielded ZERO response. I even waited for a Tech Service chat for 20 minutes, going from 3 to 2 to 1 in the queue, then it hung up on me when I was being transferred to (supposedly) a real person. You literally cannot get someone on the phone at Horizon unless you are a platinum level customer, the rest of us get treated like trash. So now I am ordering BLIND hoping to get the right parts. In the last year, Horizon Hobby's customer service has gone from mediocre to non-existent.

There is a real problem with the website and movement. I cannot go back to a previous page, I have to start over with new query. If I type in receivers, it shows me transmitters, if I type in Spektrum receiver, it shows me transmitters. It is very difficult and time consuming to search the website. When I tried to apply the rewards while in the cart making my purchase, I had to open a new browser window to get the rewards number and then copy and move back to the cart to apply the discount. Very difficult to move around. I have been complaining about this for a long time and there are lots of discussions at the field about how difficult it is to buy from Horizon.

The checkout system had my address correct but refused to accept it. It suggested another address that was wrong. I figured out how to force it but it took a few minutes. The Spektrum website worked just fine. You are the same company!
