Horizon pricing has made doing business with you unsustainable. I would much rather do business with MotionRC. Their support is WAY better and their prices are better. I only buy replacement parts for what I already own. I will never buy another model from Horizon... Because of the price gouging.

When I placed the order, I bought a brand new carbon Z Trojan T 28. I also was trying to order a decathlon fuselage as well as a decathlon hatch for the battery. I was not notified until after I had already ordered the product that the fuselage was not in stock that should’ve made me aware before I tried to purchase it.

I wish HH offered airplane kits to build. HH website search is very basic. For example if you search under rc airplane accessories, none of the accessories is separated by specific type (wheels, fuel accessories, etc.). Their system that saves your account is also also broke. After changing the email address on my account, I do not receive any order confirmation or shipping status under the new email, but I will receive shipping status under the old email. This problem was advised to customer service, and 6 months later the email issue is still not resolved.

I had no issues with the website. If anything it thought it was straight forward. It is very easy to make a purchase. I also like how they suggest other items you may need. I have been flying R/C for over 35 years now. So I know you need things like transmitter, batteries, and charger. However, for someone just getting into the hobby it can be confusing. "What type of transmitter and battery will i need?" With your website it eliminates the hassle of trying to find the proper accompanying equipment.

Horizon Hobby has CHANGED radically in the past year. Your elite program was excellent, but you've obviously forgotten who brought you to the dance. Technical support is nonexistent. I would prefer to pay for my elite member ship. I DO NOT need an incentive to buy more planes or accessories.
