I am very disappointed by your extremely restrictive return policy. In my opinion, it significantly increases the cost and risk for customers who are considering trying your products.
As a customer, I am expected to make purchasing decisions based only on pictures, specifications, and videos online. But why should I be expected to commit to a product that I have never seen, touched, or experienced in person? A product may look excellent in videos and reviews, yet still fail to meet my expectations once I receive it.
When customers know that a product cannot realistically be returned after purchase, many of us will become much more cautious about buying. Rather than risk spending money on a product that may not be satisfactory, I would simply choose not to purchase it at all.
A customer-friendly return policy encourages people to try new products with confidence. An overly strict policy does the opposite—it discourages purchases and creates hesitation, especially for higher-priced items.
