Received the Peel and Seal product as expected. Contact with Paul at HIS about how to apply and where to buy a primer to prepare the EDPM. When we put the Peel and Seal down the tar back side was very tacky and we had some problems with the paper coming off easily or cleanly. We tried to lay the Peel and Seal over a flat roof and down a verticle fascia and onto a 2nd flat roof 4" below to create a continuous seem between the two adjoining structures. The Peel and Seal is thick enough and tacky enough that this was hard to do and we had a lot of wrinkles. While the finished look was not great, (on top of a flat roof that no one sees) I believe the end result was good and I don't expect any more leaks with the roof.

I looked at local home improvement stores to find vented soffit, but couldn't find or order any, so I searched the internet. Home Improvement Supply was one company that popped up. After looking at the soffit available, and the variety of colors they offer, I had found what I needed. I contacted customer support to ask about sizes and products I would need. I got the information I needed and placed my order. I wish I would have gotten notification that my product had shipped with an expect by date. I came home from work to the first part of my order on the porch and a few days later, I got the second part that came by freight. Luckily I was home to direct the driver where to put the product. I am impressed how the J channel was packaged to prevent breakage.
