Different styles of the same color siding looked totally different even though they said they were the same. Very difficult to get a feel for what the product actually looks like. There was only 1 example per style.

Had to contact Co. twice by phone. First to find out if they stocked a stair railing in the product I wanted. The agent and I figured out a box that allowed to switch between level railing to stair, problem solved. Had to make a second call when checking out. I had purchased product before and my shipping address to my 2nd home was showing up. Couldn't find the edit box. Called and the agent directed me to the top of the page, had to scroll up to find it, problem solved. Now I am 82 years old, and not the sharpest tool on a computer, but with a little help we got the job done.
