The only issue with the checkout process was that it kept changing my order from 8 rolls of roofing underlayment to only one roll. I had to correct this a couple of times. Easy to find product though and love the free shipping. If product arrives and all looks good, would definitely order from this site again.

Online it's just hard to see the "feel" of the product and colors can be deceiving. I likes that the samples were reasonably priced and I could get them in just a few days. I plan to give them to our builder so we can pick out the colors and maybe he'll use this product in other builds as well.

it was easy to find the product I was looking for online. Home improvement supply was prominent online. best prices and best inventory. it was actually easy to order and follow the process. The only stress was not knowing the shipping company. But it turned out they hit the nail on the head both on date and time of delivery and the driver was cool and helped in the transfer to my truck. very professional truck driver in my situation. not just hired help.

When trying to track and get product delivered, I called and CSR said it was my problem to get the delivery from the freight company and basically hung up with no assistance. I recommend you don't use T-Force freight since they are non-responsive and your CSR isn't willing to deal with them either.

Bought a pair of your roofing boots couple months ago. I have always used Cougar Paws. Go through about 4 pair a year and 24 to 30 pads a year. I like your boots, but it is a problem when you don't have them in stock and could be up to 4 weeks tell restock. These are safety equipment to me and waiting for a month is a bit problematic for me. I understand supply and demand however boots don't expire or rot in the box. Hoping this isn't an ongoing issue because you have a great product!!
