Bought a pair of your roofing boots couple months ago. I have always used Cougar Paws. Go through about 4 pair a year and 24 to 30 pads a year. I like your boots, but it is a problem when you don't have them in stock and could be up to 4 weeks tell restock. These are safety equipment to me and waiting for a month is a bit problematic for me. I understand supply and demand however boots don't expire or rot in the box. Hoping this isn't an ongoing issue because you have a great product!!

Very easy to navigate. Selection is good and shipping is fast! The mobile checkout screen could be either one long scroll instead of having to click next or just show each section at a time. Having all the sections visible AND having to click next can be confusing for some users.

I have purchased this same product over the past 13 years, over these years, price increases forced me to shop around. Found same product at HIS for considerable less, only drawback is that it came in Henry Ford black. But for my customers this was not a problem considering the savings.
