The turbine vent information was concise and helpful. The turbine does appear to be high quality and we look forward to receiving them. Shipping is free, but it will take a little while and I did not see an option to speed up the shipping. I did struggle a little trying to find the different sizes of the gable vents, but once I figured out how it was not a problem. You just didn't have the size I needed. :)

My only complaint is that this window well sais that it will take 1-2 weeks to ship. I'm not sure if that means it will arrive in that time or not ship from the send until that time has passed. I don't really know when to expect delivery from this information. Also, I would prefer this product to arrive in one week, even if that mean I need to pick it up from a local distributer.

The only issue with the checkout process was that it kept changing my order from 8 rolls of roofing underlayment to only one roll. I had to correct this a couple of times. Easy to find product though and love the free shipping. If product arrives and all looks good, would definitely order from this site again.

Online it's just hard to see the "feel" of the product and colors can be deceiving. I likes that the samples were reasonably priced and I could get them in just a few days. I plan to give them to our builder so we can pick out the colors and maybe he'll use this product in other builds as well.

it was easy to find the product I was looking for online. Home improvement supply was prominent online. best prices and best inventory. it was actually easy to order and follow the process. The only stress was not knowing the shipping company. But it turned out they hit the nail on the head both on date and time of delivery and the driver was cool and helped in the transfer to my truck. very professional truck driver in my situation. not just hired help.
