Good selection but the website is terrible. Purehockey is so much easier and not glitchy. Really not user friendly at all. Prices were comparable to other online sites but unless something miraculous happens I won't be using this company for my sons future gear.

I singed up for the 15% off clearance item but the coupon code was not working. I chatted with your chat agent, but a human never answered after I asked for one. I ended up finding a generic coupon code on your website but it was not an enjoyable experience.

I bought some TRUE mystery mini sticks as gifts for after the boys' championships. The boys like them all, but I was a little disappointed at how much they differed from the other mystery minis. The quality just didn't feel as good. They clearly looked like two pieces of plastic glued together. Separate shaft and blade, like the old school sticks where you could replace the blade. Just didn't seem like as good a quality as the usual one piece composites. They were on sale, guess that explains why. But the CCM pro knee/shin guards were great for Huddy. They fit well and he thought they were more comfortable than his old shin guards.

I purchased a pair of skates for my son, according to the sizing chart, he should be a size 3. I ordered a size 4 to be safe and they are still too small. I tried to contact customer service through your chat before I made the purchase to find out about the return process and what it woul cost, if anything. I waited 10 minutes for a response and no one responded. I tool the risk and ordered the skates. I also purchased the extra coverage through Seel. That coverage is a total scam because they only provide coverage if the package is damages, it doesn't arrive, or parts are missing. I would expect that Hockey Monkey would cover those same issues.Anyway, the skates don't fit and now I find out that I will not be refunded the shipping fee AND I have to pay $9.99 to send them back to Hockey Monkey. So it will have cost me $65 for my son to try on a pair of skates.

The separation between clearance and non is a bit confusing, wish I could just turn a filter on or off. The bolt system feels clunky and duplicative during checkout.

website very buggy. I was logged into my account, but then I was being prompted to log in to collect the points associated with the order. I also had items added to my card that were then not there when I added additional items. I also signed up for the email and text communications for the added 15% off a clearance item but the code did not work, so that was a waste. Not a seamless interacation at all.
