I had to return the chest protector for size (too big). I followed the return, and dropped it off to ship back, but had to pay $9.99 to ship back, and then $13 to ship the correct size on re-ordering. Plus I initially paid $13 shipping on the original order. Also when I went into my account there was a 15% off offer and I put in my email and phone but did not receive a code for the discount.
