There weren't many choices on the color of wheels for inline skates, they were all practically the same. However, they did end up having what I was looking for, along with it being priced the best compared to other websites.

Hockey Monkey has the best selection and better customer service than every other hockey store by far! My only feedback is that the shipping pops up at the very last minute and rather than being "surprised" by the additional cost, it would feel better (to me) to have it there at the beginning of the purchase.

The elbow pads arrived with the seam coming halfway undone on the bicep strap. I filled out an online request to return the pads & immediately received a QR code to drop the pads off at a Wallgreens. There were no instructions to take photos of the item nor their barcode prior to shipping. After shipping the return, I received an email from Hockey Monkey asking for photos of the product in its entirety, the damaged area and the barcode. Fortunately, I did take a pic of the damaged pads to show my wife (which I had not yet deleted), but didn't have the barcode (as they had already been shipped). I replied to hockey monkey's email with the information and photos I did have and there has been no response and no email since.

Very difficult process to actually place an order when I have a separate shipping and billing address. I wanted to have an item sent to my hotel while I’m in the States on business but because my billing address is in another country I couldn’t do it. I understand the rationale but no everyone is a terrorist or money launderer. Some of us are actually real and have proper intentions. However, I persevered and used the chat facility which replied instantly, albeit with an automated AI response, and that was incredibly helpful and gave me what I needed to be able to complete the order. However, the next problem I had was that there is no facility to insert any comments about my intentions or to ask Hockey Monkey to coincide the date of shipping with when I will be at my hotel. So overall quite difficult. I usually go to the store in Irvine when I’m in LAX but this time I am not near a store.

Was told the 50 flex is only 2 in bigger than the 40 flex turns out to be about 6 in bigger making it too big for my kid to play with. Do not want to return and get the other one due to the fact that it would cost me $50 extra and shipping.

Ordering process was fine. I paid for overnight shipping. I ordered the materials at noon, but they didn't ship until the next day causing them to ship over the weekend. I feel I lost money paying for overnight shifting.

Not too much to complain about. Ordered a hockey stick and the description did not have the length which I thought was an oversight and in a minor sense, did not state stick coloring even though the pictures had multiple coloring options shown. That said, nothing significant.

I place an order and for a few days I never had the purchase show up in my account. I had all the confirmations that I did make the purchase. I contacted hockey monkey through email and through live chat. I finally got a hold of somebody who said that my payment needed to be accepted through a manager. Which took four days. If an order is placed and accepted and the confirmation emails were sent then why doesn’t anything show up in my account. This made absolutely no sense at all and when I would contact customer service I pretty much was told that it’s there, but it wasn’t and that a manager needed to approve it.
