My only complaint is the instructions were not included with the watch and when I tried to contact Freestyle as instructed on the product, it came back as invalid address. However, when I called the number on my order I got in touch with Megan Cole who did not turn me over to another department (she is in Accounts Payable), she was great got me the instructions and said to contact her if I needed anything else. You are fortunate to have Megan as an employee, I haven’t come across such a helpful person for a very long time. She’s a keeper, for sure!
