with the website or the pants? The website is fine. Why does every single pair of pants blow out in the crotch / ass, every single pair. Do you expect me to have a printer to print the shipping label for a return? That's horribly off putting to me. Other clothing stores let you just drop off the clothing and they even package it. and if you guys dont give me the refund becasue I took the labels off? I'm going to be furious

I ordered a suit for an event. I ordered on a Monday with overnight shipping for delivery on Tuesday. I placed the order before the time cutoff on Monday and I paid over $30 extra for this option. When I could see Tuesday morning that the item was still in fulfillment and had not yet been shipped, I contacted customer service to cancel, as it would not make it in time. The customer service said cancellation was not an option and that I had to wait until the item arrived and that I could send back. Needless to say, the suit arrived after the event and I had to return. I am a first time customer and I am very disappointed with this shopping experience.

I think that you should sell matching belts that go with the color of pant purchased. For example, the name of the pant was "Toast". Why not suggest 3 other colors that go with the purchase.

I have purchased the Haggar® Sport Travel Performance Nylon 5-Pocket Tech Pant multiple times, both online and at Kohl’s. I really like the product, but I find it difficult to quickly locate when shopping because there are several similar versions available, such as Travel, Stretch, and other variations. I find the website a little confusing. In that when looking for one particular style others show up. Also, found one pair I wanted to purchase whIch I thought was Kakai. When I went back to find it I could not find that particular style in Kakai anymore. The website seems to mix style and pleated and non pleated, slim, classic, etc. The website should allow for a more direct search for only what you are looking for.

Our financial manager recommended Haggar and Ilike the product very much, Your search engine is very frustrating! It's hard to find what I want and it seems as though I just have to keep searching and eventually something will come up. It would be GREAT if there were a series of filters--material, everyday or dress, cut/fit, weight, color--to narrow the fields successively. It would save a great deal of time and frustration.
