I am deeply disappointed by this shipping arrangement. I paid an extra premium specifically for expedited delivery, yet the tracking indicates my items will arrive at the exact same time as standard USPS shipping. Paying for an 'expedited' service that offers zero actual time savings is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt explanation and a refund for the shipping charges.

Went looking for Classic suit separates that I don't believe exist any longer (jacket purchased from Kohl's at steep discount; slacks not on rack). LOST PHOTOGRAPH of price tag for slacks in another size. When I ordered, I never saw a 'ship-to' screen. I had moved 2 months before and when I hit order, my previous address came up. I immediately called to get my order either fixed or cancelled...less than 2 minutes later. The person who answered was no help and said that they couldn't change the order. Both of those situations are ridiculous. The only thing that saved the day for me was that FedEx notified me that the order was delivered and I was able to get the item from the person that I had sold my house to.
