Everything was excellent, I was concerned because initially the tracking said that it would come in separate packages but luckily all three of my pants showed up in the same shipment. I love my new pants and will definitely come back to see if there are any that I like next time I needs some new ones.

Four weeks ago, I purchased 4 pairs of pants with hidden expandable waist from Joseph A. Banks (in-store), size 38W, 30L. They fit perfectly. I’ve been wearing Haggar pants 38W, 30L for many years. The pants I just received (9/12) in my order (order # 00177-2087151) were 38W, 30L, with hidden expandable waist. They do NOT fit in the waist; I can’t get the waist fastened. I am sorely disappointed with this purchase and will be returning them tomorrow or the next day. I don’t know if I want to do business with Haggar any longer. I tried finding your expandable waist pants at Kohl’s but they don’t stock them - said you can order in line. So I did and got these 3 pairs that do not fit. I like the brand, the sizes I originally ordered were small and had to return. When ordering again, my sizes were not available, I also lost a 15% coupon becuase of the returns and no customer service over the weekend. I need to get working on Monday and can not do this return during the week. Thanks you.

Generally happy but found the sizes and colors available more limited than I expected. I though ordering online I would have more luck than buying in the stores. That was only partially true. The stores can be frustrating as the style I want isn't always there, and if they are, not in my size or color preference.
