SHOP Pay-- Haven't used for over two years. Changed credit card that has a totally different billing address. Didn't ask for a billing or shipping address anywhere at check out. Emailed support after purchase because the shipping and billing address was from over two years ago. My fault for assuming that when I hit the complete order or what ever it was it would take me to a conformations page with all the information with total, shipping and billing address. Emailed when it went right to order purchased with all the information i would had expected at checkout. Email said they couldn't cancel the order so I called and the woman I spoke to at 9:03am EST 09/01/2025 did tell me the order was canceled. I told her what the email said, she said since it was a holiday the warehouse was closed so they were able to cancel it. She said I could expect the charge to be credited back to my card in so many days. So I will wait and see, but reordered using a different card.
