I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service regarding orders 00177-2036590 and 00177-2037500. My initial order was canceled based on incorrect advice from your customer service team, who claimed the shipment would not arrive in time for my Leadership Command College event. This resulted in a partial cancellation where only the pants were stopped while the jacket was delivered, leaving me with an incomplete suit. To rectify your team’s error, I placed a second order on Friday, 1/30/26, for the missing pants and paid extra for two-day delivery. Despite this, the order had not even left the warehouse by Tuesday, 2/3/26, and I did not receive the pants until 2/5/26.
I had to explicitly request a credit for the expedited shipping fees since the service I paid for was not provided, which I expect to be fully honored. This entire process has been a significant source of stress, as I am now rushing to have the suit dry-cleaned in time for my research paper defense and graduation.
