I ordered cigars again, and it kept adding golf balls I don't want which increased the shipping cost significantly. I tried customer service but after waiting 20min I gave up and just tucked up the extra cost.

I see the prices just going up on the site, including shipping, which in many sites is free with certain amount of purchase.
