I ordered Aug. 17th. Your Policy is 5 days processing time for Frames only. I needed the exact frames i had recently purchased and accidently broke to swap lenses. However, I contacted online chat Aug 21st when i noted no progress in status. Chat said due to manufacture and shipping delays this policy was simply a guideline! Yet Go Optic took my money on the Aug 18th without delay. Chat simply told me "Good Luck" hope they ship soon! On top of this I paid for Priority Mail 1 -3 days, which turns out is another guideline and not real unless it is Priority Express Mail! My product shipped Aug. 25th and arrived 7 Days later on Sept 1st. So 15 days later i have the product. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY POOR EXPERIENCE< IN PERSON AND ON LINE!!!!!! This is simply a matter of a company not caring about customers or their experience, but rather wanting the Money only!

They make you pay extra for shipping and it took 12 days to receive them when I called about the glasses the man I spoke with was very rude then he said the glasses wasn’t in stock so when I checked the tracking the next day they had been shipped so why did I have to pay extra and it still took 12 days to receive my frames but it didn’t say that on the website

The checkout experience was a nightmare I was originally considering buying a second set of frames but now I am not so sure. I tried two different email addresses including one I NEVER use and both addresses were already associated with an account when I tried to get a password reset it took 3 tries before I got one email from the site that contained my entire password, which fortunately is not a password I used for any otjer sites. I also would have appreciated a third party payment method like PayPal, or Amazon Pay as I dont really like putting my credit card information on multiple sites.

I ordered replacement lenses, and expect to need to send my frames in for replacement, but there is NO information about how or where to ship them in the checkout carts or order confirmation. I almost did not place the order, but phone call (quick, efficient, knowledgeable) said that yes, I will mail in my frames, so... hmmmm. Also, very difficult to understand differences between all the different lens and coating types.
