The frames I wanted showed available. I ordered, but gooptic could not get my frames from Smith Optics. I kept receiving back order dates pushed further out, multiple times. I called Smith Optics and they no longer made the frame and it was not coming back per Smith Optics. I called gooptics customer service and spoke with a supervisor because of all the delay emails. I ended up cancelling the Smith Frame/RX Lens order. I was able to find another frame that I thought might work. I have received the frame with my RX Lenses as ordered. The Frame has presented me with some challenges, but the RX/Lens are perfect.

The website can be confusing. My cart disappears if I leave it to the next day. Every time I want to make simple change, I have to start form zero again. Every time i change the filters, the page scroll up again. Very annoying.

You're the ONLY place I can find online that lets me spec the brand and type of lens, and that is a necessity. I DO wish you would let me specify a RANGE of lens widths, or maybe have a group of S, M, L, XL sizes.

This is the third time I've ordered from gooptic. The website is easy to navigate and make my purchase, However, I wanted to order the same style I ordered before, but it was not available on the site. Overall, the ordering process is easy.

My package said it was shipped on October 6th with an ETA of 1-3 business days, but did not arrive until the 16th. After arrival, one of the screws holding one of the lenses was not attached, and would not screw into the frame. I had to buy a eyeglass repair kit and a replacement screw to finally get the lens into the frame.

I didn't order lenses with these frames with lenses but i would've liked to have done so. I found ordering lenses confusing. Additionally, an overall consumer confidence score of less than four didn't inspire my confidence.

items online are not updated to show when they are discontinued. No refund offered for previous purchase, only allowed to get a credit toward another purchase - resulting in you holding my money for like 3 years now and forcing me to purchase from you. Will not recommend. Only gave a 5 on this order because I haven't actually received it yet. fingers crossed this frame isn't ALSO discontinued and the order gets fulfilled timely and accurate.

My frame broke a few days ago, i was just shopping for the same frame so that I can either swap the lenses or grab parts off of a new frame. Either way, it was a quick and easy purchase. I had the name of my frame and color to look for, the search function was very easy on the website. It was listed about $6 cheaper on your website compaired to others and shipping was equal. Easy to do procedure.

Bellagio glass frames have been my favorites for more than 20 years. I previously got the same frames I'm buying for $20 on Ebay and now I am paying $200 for the same frame as I am using the same lenses of my old ones. I wish they were not so expensive even tough I will be saving money using my old lenses,

I would like to see multiple angles/visual of the sunglasses product. Also, some of the descriptions on the Rio Ray were incorrect, whereas they listed them as designed for women when they were a men’s product. Would’ve been nice for a military/veterans discount as well but your pricing is very well placed.
