The glasses I ordered should have shown up as out of stock. I ordered two pairs to take advantage of the free shipping but the back order of one pair put a stop on both. Maybe even if the back order showed up sooner I could have changed my selection. Who even knows if someone is working on filling the back order or how long it might take.

Go-optic had a style of sunglasses in stock that were impossible to find elsewhere. On top of that, the glasses were discounted. I was a little hesitant at first because of the 15% restocking fee and I was purchasing a pretty bold style that I wasn’t sure would work for my face. But I’m happy I did because the sunglasses are amazing. They also shipped and arrived quickly. Overall it was as smooth an experience as you could hope for.

Fairly easy to navigate. However, the image of the glasses I ordered (Face a Face Matics 1 in emerald blue) were not blue. The blue glasses showed up when entering black.

The 15% coupon code did not work. I phoned the 877-634-2020 number and the gentleman gave me another code to use and it worked!!! I look forward to receiving my new frames. I was not told how long it would take to receive the frames---

I needed to place a phone call to customer support for assistance in confirming that the frames were exactly what I was searching for. I also was having difficulty with the discount code being accepted. Thank goodness, I had someone from phone support who did confirm that the price listed on google with the 15% discount was accurate. Go-Optic has the best selection of sizes for the frames I prefer. Ordering reading glasses in the frames that I want, as opposed to just ordering frames in the "Readers" section, is difficult.

The frames are great and the price is excellent.... but I really also wanted to buy the lenses. While you have them and the quality I'm looking for, I just couldn't buy them since you don't have any support system for alterations, etc... and I need progressive lenses. I would buy single vision ones though.. but not progressives.
