I am a returning customer. I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter from the same brand as my previous order. Go-Optic has the best selection of sizes for the frames I prefer. Ordering reading glasses in the frames that I want, as opposed to just ordering frames in the "Readers" section, is difficult.

The frames are great and the price is excellent.... but I really also wanted to buy the lenses. While you have them and the quality I'm looking for, I just couldn't buy them since you don't have any support system for alterations, etc... and I need progressive lenses. I would buy single vision ones though.. but not progressives.

Frames are what i wanted. I wanted transitional lens changing via amount of light and selected the color to change too. I received sunglasses not changing. Customer service rep used script to respond, and unhelpful and hard to understand.

The whole lens‑replacement process was fast, simple, and completely stress‑free. I got a prepaid label and clear updates at every step. I emailed them twice with questions and both times they replied within hours, not days. My finished glasses even arrived a day early. The lenses were perfect the moment I tried them on.
