The website is outdated, it definitely needs a revamp so it's easier to filter and view product. The pictures of glasses are good, but it would be good to see actual people wearing the glasses so you have an idea of the size. Even tho the size is written in the description, people are more visual. The reason I purchased from here is because they have the lense that my doctor recommended my son at a very affordable price. And the product ended up looking great on my son. He loves his glasses.

I found the site because I was looking to replace a specific pair of frames that I have and love. My only complaint is that I think the frames I selected are mislabeled on the page. For Sanctuary POSIE, I think the images for BKT and BK frame styles are swapped, so I'm hoping I receive the correct frame I wanted (Black Tortoise, not camo.) Other than that, there were a lot of choices and the site was easy to use. Very happy I found the site.

I have had great experiences and have been helped with getting glasses with an expired prescription and emergency situations. Very communicative. Unfortunately I did submit a product request to get another pair of the a.agostino AGO1002 in black/silver as I lost mine on vacation and I received an email back stating that a pair was available and after waiting about a week I got an email stating that they were actually not available anymore so that was a little bit disappointing and got my hopes up.

I don't have any other comments on the site specifically, but I think the 15% restocking fee on all returns is a bit excessive. Glasses are something people need to try on and a 15% fee feels like a lot to be able to try on a pair of glasses, especially when those glasses can be anywhere between $300 and $600. Some other options I've seen than I think I more consumer friendly are applying restocking fees when returning multiple products from a single order, charging a return shipping fee (to offset your own cost of shipping for returns), or any other of myriad non-"free" returns. But honestly, paying $30 + return shipping to be able to try on a $200 pair of glasses and be able to return them if they don't suit my face feels like a lot.

Good- I was happy to find an older frame that other sites have discontinued. I was pleased with free shipping. Bad - There were no coupon codes for first tome users . The price was $50 more than previous purchases of exact frame elsewhere

There is so much info & choices makes it difficult to understand what it means & what you really need/want. On the other hand looking at the clip-ons; couldn’t find what “w/ ar” meant anywhere. Also can’t just add pic of script to order. You have to find order number & then email script. Too much of a process compared to other sites for eyeglasses & contacts.

The website did not recognize me so I entered my email information then continued on with my checkout and at the end it said it recognized my email address. It was a hassle to enter all my information twice. Especially considering I had a note indicating that if the Bordeaux frame I had selected was not available, I wanted the dark Havana instead. The website said that if I can’t have that color that my order would be canceled. I don’t know if y’all in fact got that information because I did not get the option to refill it the additional message box when I had to reenter my card info.

It took almost 3 weeks for you to ship my order. At the time I ordered my sunglasses I didn't know it would take this much time. I am in warehousing, the turnaround in shipping out an order should be much faster.

fairly easy but I already had a log in with you and would not me make my purchase as a guest, forced met to log in and try to figure out old password before I was able to purchace. Would have been easiler to just purchase as guest.

I loved that I could just search the code name given to me also I loved that it had more color options than the eye doctor told me they had. Also it is the exact same model.
