The price match function is ridiculously complicated. I had to call and spoke to a very rude male. I didn’t want to wait a day for email approval for $40 price savings. Your site appears to be overly complicated by design. It took me nearly an hour to order very basic bifocal readers. Had I not been paying attention, I would have included options that were already covered in other options. Choices are confusing and way too many.
