I do not like the fact that after I purchased an ESP with GoodSam that I can't access my documents, but rather I have to call their call center to get them emailed to me. I dislike this feature and almost did not renew my ESP contract.

I called Good Sam Insurance to try and combine roadside assistance with RV insurance and was quoted the full price for the Roadside $139.99. I told them I could get it online for $79.99 and he advised that I do so.
