Standard rate a bit confusing when it says coverage for (1) owned vehicle, then in details is says one travel trailer; autos, motorcycles, etc. Also confusing was in offer details via mobile device, I was offered "Elite" plans, but on this site it was Standard, Preferred etc. Just kind of confusing as to what products were available.

I like that the 50% discount applies to multi-year timeframes. The website was clean and easy to navigate, with links and footnotes providing most of the necessary fine-print details without excessive digging/navigation to get to. I will say that I wish there were a more detailed description of the mileage rates for any reqeusts to tow to a chosen location further than what the policy covers.
