Everything was smooth and explained very well on the website. I only had one issue really and it was like a bug I guess. They are doing half off right now but I selected the 1 year auto plan for my car and it offered me a deal for $39 instead of $49.95 I clicked on that to put the coupon on and it was trying to charge me 88.95!! Its math was if 88.95-50%= 49.95-35%=88.95? It got it all wrong. So I went to the 49.95 deal and took that instead. Dont get me wrong I love this service! I just realized I dont have it anymore so im buying it myself now if that says anything but there's for sure a website bug on checkout rn.

We used this service while on vacation in Canada. It took over 3 hours and multiple calls for assistance to finally arrive. During this time we got text updates saying a tow truck would be dispatched and arrive in 20 minutes but surprise, when it was scheduled to arrive a new text came with the exact same timeline. Very frustrating.
