Website was great. Normal and easy. I will recommend yoj to allot of people. The unlimited calls not that it needs. Just to know Thats here. AAA got me they hide the limits. I never used jt. My boyfriend was towed once. Just idk say that upfront why hide it lol. You guys just seem better. Theyre phone customer people at Aaa ain’t that bright either lol. Have a great week everyone !!!

I tried calling Good Sam regarding my roadside assist renewal that expired. The line kept dropping out after waiting for a few minutes. Busy is not an excuse. Should have a line open as I tried 3 different phone numbers. I went online and tried to renew, it said to call support, which i could not reach. I tried a 2nd time and it went through. I was on auto renewal so not sure why it didn't renew. No explanation at all. I am disappointed in your customer service.
