Hoping my member number 823752076 same 2 new cards because previous member number on old card was 914118674 - do not understand Your Subscriber ID - 127626448 - as neither are not on my card. Also no printer for domestic partner's card or new one for self, and paper of last card soiled. Can I get 2 plastic cards? Then renewals easier. Two last things - 1.) thanks for 30 day carry over after expiration & postal notice. Gave me time to find out what to do to renew w/out mailing cc# - 2.) I now have two vehicles & tow one trailer which is why I upgraded.

The good Sam product is good, BUT the Overall the website seems a little outdated and not as user friendly / intuitive as it could be - overall feeling is flat and not as clear to the user where to go what to do. For example i am already a good Sam roadside assistance member but under membership it says “join” that was confusing when I went into the site to “renew”

Tried to call but couldn’t get through, I had called yesterday an opted for a call back and never received the call back. I had set up auto pay but it showed on card on file. After trying to call I hung up and found the renewal online that was a very easy process. I just hope if I ever need roadside assistance I can get through when I call that is a concern after my phone experience!
