The only problem I had was the item cost was $273 minus a 10% discount but if I added next day shipping it would take off the discount and the total was ove $300, the discount should have paid for the next day shipping. The total should have been about $276 approximately.

Application of discount codes was cumbersome but finally worked. I suggest updating site to work with latest browsers but overall, an excellent site......At end of day, very much looking forward to receiving product and FYI, phone and email to customer service before sale was superb!

I was able to get an RMA for exchanging a too long necklace for a smaller size. I did have to pay to return the original, but that is fair. The difference was refunded promptly and the signature required packages was delivered within a week.
