Needed a new stick, so I shopped around on the website, which has a ton of selections at many price points. I bought one that matched an existing stick, and it arrived very quickly. I am very happy with this purchase and will again when the time comes.

I didn't see an estimated shipping cost until after I had already gone through the purchase financing. Aside from that, the price seemed good, there were plenty of options available, and the checkout process was relatively easy.

It was very easy to interact with the website. I did know what I wanted, and had done a bunch of research prior, but being able to filter by brand, and then sort by price made finding what I wanted much easier, and even got me some top tier pads at a great price that I hadn't considered in my initial plan.

The website kept going back and forth as to if I could select a shipping option, additionally it had me logged into a Bolt account ( Which would not allow me to ship to any address). I never logged into Bolt which is concerning as it is the defult option for payment. I used my paypal and it was fine.

The website interaction today was perfect. This is our 2nd order from Goaliemonkey. Our 1st order had 2 items and 1 made it successfully. One hasn't yet made it and I have an open ticket because the tracking number is the same as the successful item but the shipping number is different, meaning im missing a tracking number. One site issue - ometimes when you select certain options in search filters you get a "browser blocked this operation" message. Please correct it!

There is a lubricant spray for the goalie stick handle used and the bottle was not sealed and leaked all over the place. I asked for a new bottle since I need it to put the handle onto the stick and they said they don’t have extra bottles and have not come up with another solution. You don’t need much intellect to figure out that they could just open a package with the handle and take out a bottle and send it to me, then they can figure out what to do with the handle, or just send another handle free of charge with the lubricant spray in it. But still have not heard back.

Sometimes when I consult online, I only get AI responses, which completely fail to resolve my issues. Also, for the Bauer custom products I ordered, I haven't received any tracking number at all. This leaves me quite confused.

Found a goalie stick on clearance. When stick arrived it seemed to be shorter by 6 inches. We have the same stick, same paddle size already but the 1 we ordered is shorter. Trying to track shipments through a 3rd party app is not friendly to use. Also never received and email that order was shipped

Website does not seem to be optimized for mobile experience. Many buttons didn’t work or miss hit during browsing and checkout. Selections was good and pricing good.

My order was shipped in two separated packages on different days. No packing slip in the first package to identify my order was split in two packages. I thought an item was missing from my shipment.

GoalieMonkey is 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their response time in my experience is extremely quick. My items haven't been damaged in shipping or have gone missing. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion compared to other companies. Rebound points actually make a difference when purchasing equipment which is nice since i have 4 kids in hockey. Overall, GoalieMonkey and HockeyMonkey are my go to's when it comes to durable, reliable and reasonably priced hockey equipment.

Disappointed with my experience with Goalie Monkey. I ordered two small items—a helmet kit and bungee for my son’s goalie pads—and shipping took much longer than expected, with tracking unavailable or not updated, so I had no idea when it would arrive. The shipping cost was especially frustrating. I paid about half as much to ship my son’s leg pads, glove, and blocker from another retailer—much larger and heavier items—and that order arrived within five days. Customer service was also difficult. Phone support had over an hour wait, while text/live chat responses took days. The products were fine, but the shipping and customer service experience needs significant improvement.

I ordered custom pads, blocker and glove with custom embroidered text, but I could not figure out where the text is going to be written. I want my black text to be on a white ‘zone’, but couldn’t determine which zone it was going to be located in.

I ordered a set of goalie pads, a blocker and gloves and I was delivered an adult hockey stick. I tried contacting customer service waited for an hour. Left a message. Nobody called me back. Tried to chat with the virtual agent that went nowhere.

The return service is horrible. I made a purchase at night but tried to cancel the order within 30min of purchase but I was not able to. I tried calling, emailing, and online chat but no one was available. Overall I had to eat $30 returning the product because i accidentally ordered the wrong size.
