Trying to navigate your site is very difficult. It takes a long time to go from one screen to another. Love the products but the quickness of the site has to be worked on it's extremely slow!!

I've been going back and forth on purchasing these items. Its my son's 9th birthday in a few days and he wanted a new goalie pads, his size now is 28+1or2. So I went hunting for them, I found the goalie pads at the store called "play it again" sports, and I bought them used. I've been working so hard to clean them and make them look more presentable for my son and I notice they are missing one of the toe tie straps, so I started researching everywhere to find a pair. Looks like Bauer is jot making that type anymore so its hard to find now because its out of stock mostly everywhere. I found some on ebay from a seller in Canada, but it was more expensive because of the import fees. Until I found them at this website, I was very excited when I saw the price, so I added to my cart y when I click on check out -oh surprise- you guys are charging $14usd for shipping! This is a package that barely weights a few ounces! I think $14usd to ship it its outrageous. I believe a shipping price should be the reflection of the item weight and size, because not always a fixed shipping price works for all items. So I didn't ordered then, I wasn't convice to pay that much for shipping. But now my son's birthday is in a few days, he is turning 9, and I grabbed his -new to him- pads to keep cleaning them, when I notice again the missing toe tie, so I decided to do some sacrifice somewhere else and just order it. Honestly the website is cool, the huge arrange of different goalie products is amazing, but I don't think I'd buy again from you if im only buying a small item, because I dont believe the shipping price is fair.

Ended up buying a True stick that wasn't exactly what we were looking for but the selection on True's was pretty limited in what was offered in the needed size. Pretty good price but I wish there were more reviews available but that isn't really a GM issue.

Goalie Monkey has always provided quick customer service and delivered on time. We live in a small town, that does not have a full service hockey store, especially for my goalie, so this is a great option to have when we need equipment.

I’ve been using goalie monkey for a long time now and the shipping insurance is a new expense I didn’t want to pay for( but It made me think that if I didn’t buy it, goalie monkey wouldn’t take care of a damaged package. I’ve only had one out of many orders need attention in the past and they handled it perfectly. (Damaged stick straight out of the box. - they replaced within a week after I sent them pictures.

I was able to find an item on clearance that I liked and nobody else had. However, the shipping is too expensive and I have always used Pure Hockey because there is a location near me and I can order stuff in store with no shipping cost.

Ordered product on Thursday. It did not ship out until Wednesday of following week. Extremely long wait to get ahold of customer service to figure out what was going on with the delay. The products I ordered, while of excellent quality, did not work for me so I decided to return them. The package is in transit and we'll see how promptly Goalie Monkey handles the receipt and refund. Independent of the shipping delay, I received email notification of an order placed by another person...their name/shipping address/payment method. The order appeared in my account as well. Chat bot was no help trying to resolve this. Emailed customer service and they tell me that the order cannot be removed from my account. This seems crazy to me. I have received the shipping notice for this order as well. This order still shows up in my account. I bet the person that ordered the items is wondering what is going on.
