easy to find many options and sort by colors or style or brand - finding the sizing information was a little more difficult - i used the prosuct specdiications section but it is hard to compare sizes across different glasses and i think that should be improved

When I ordered my glasses, the site said my glasses would be processed within 6 days, the tracker showed it went unprocessed for 12+ days. I was sent an email after 2 weeks telling me there was a quality issue with my order and it was causing extended processing time. Once I received my glasses I was very happy with them.

I needed additional unique nose pads for the glasses I had obtained through Glasses USA. And, because I had previously found the required nose pads in their Eyeglass Repair Kit, I had only to find my prior Order to order the same kit again. Very easy. And the Kit is a reasonable $7, much easier than searching for unique replacement nose pads!

I like the simplicity of the ordering experience and the 365 day guarantee. I don't like that I can't use my insurance benefits for the frames. The overall purchase is more expensive than the in-store purchase I made at my optical center.
