I've purchased from here before but that was a while ago. coming back, I almost forgot how big of a selection there was. I'm happy I was able to find a pair of glasses that I love and the pricing was pretty good! I was even able to try the virtual try on. It was a little off, but it did give me a decent idea on how I would look. overall, this site is great for getting glasses. Already can't wait for my next pair!

Overall glasses were fine.My dissapointment with GlassesUSA is in the pushback from customer service when I explained that their in house brand photochromatic was not very dark as described. I wanted a refund for the photochromatic only and they gave me a run around, asking for multiple videos, as if my assessment of their photochromatic treatment was not good enough. I gave up, will buy elsewhere. Avoid their own brand of photochromatic if you’re used to the quality of Transitions, not the same quality as they claim.

At first when I ordered my first pair of glasses (I've ordered 4) the website was just a little confusing to navigate but after I figured out what was what now I find it simple to use. I actually like the way it is set up for finding and ordering glasses. However, there have been times, just a few, when the website froze during Live Try On or the page moved by itself. Not a big deal at all. Just a little wonky.
