The price was what got me. The ease is what made me purchase. I haven't received my glasses yet so I won't know the quality of the prescription until I get my glasses. The prescription is correct so I'm not expecting any problems. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I had difficulty trying to get the BOGO discount so I called in on the phone. I had difficulty understanding the person helping me. He told me that I could not add my prescription information on the phone. But I had to pay for the glasses first then submit my prescription information. Very confusing.

Your site is actually still very clunky to navigate when it comes to comparing glasses/frames and saving the items one is browsing. It is also clunky where it comes to comparing previous frames I've purchased with current new purchase - in terms of things like frame size. It would be good if I can easily compare current frame I'm considering with past frames I purchased. I'm sure those features are all there somewhere, but even as someone who always shops and works online, I struggled to find those features and ultimately never did. I would have made this purchase months ago if I had more ease of info access and comparison. I guess actually, next time I'll use chatgpt to make these decisions for me - so maybe this won't even be relevant next time.
