Great site, easy to use. Virtual try on is great. Good deals, and easily apply. I made a purchase before and was easily able to use my store credit today along with a sale. I was offered an upgrade to receive sunglasses too for my same prescription which was amazing and a nice surprise. I feel valued as a customer and feel that I received a great deal! Certainly a better deal than purchasing at the eye doctor.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and one of them fits really well, but the other pair keeps falling down my nose. I'm so swamped/busy I haven't had a chance to do anything about it and of course the time has passed to do anything, so I'll just keep them as a secondary pair. First time buying them online, but I do prefer going to a store for the fit.

Finding, copying and using the order number to return my first order was a pita. Having my previous information available during chat sessions would be more convenient. Or, the ability to pause a chat so that you can go retrieve the info, instead of ending the chat. Also, using a code to apply a return is obnoxious. The return should be automatically applied to a new order.
