I had difficulty finding the frames I wanted. Also, this is a replacement order – the frames I originally ordered weren't available in my size (average) and I did not discover that until I had placed the order. I would like to see available size ranges shown with the initial picture of a frame selection.

I am so pleased with my glasses! They are taking some gettin g use to. But I think that is the prisms. My main problem was when I had to communicate with them was their AI. It was a nightmare! I really did need it human interaction to handle the issue AND after hearing the issue the riollidicous AI said it needed to connect me with a human. It was exasperating! The human, once I got one, was polite and most helpful.

Really loved the video try on. It was so helpful to be able to record that and then put my glasses on to see the recording. It can be difficult shopping for new glasses because my prescription is strong. I usually have a hard time seeing the new frames I'm trying on, but this feature of your website overcame that difficulty. Thank you!

I am very upset with my purchase. I ordered a set of glasses, when they arrived they were extra small like kids glasses, I could not tell what size the were from the picture online. So I sent them back, you gave me credit so I ordered another set of adult glasses, and payed extra to have them as fast as I could, because my old glasses broke, and I can't see. I payed for 3-5 day delivery and that was 2 weeks ago 10 business days 14 days total. I tried to chat with someone about the problems I have been having and I think it was ai, not a real person, and it refused to refund the extra money I payed to rush the order. I have been failing at my job for weeks now. I understand I shouldn't have broke my original set however, your company has done nothing to speed up the process, and when I complained your chat bot told me to get lost. I may never by glasses online again. Still don't have them, but when and if they do come, I will have to keep them, because I cant see. Thanks for nothing! Good day!
