Very pleased. I've surfed for weeks through glasses. Love the options. The camera feature seems a little off or like that's not how the glasses would really look on my face but it was nice having models modeling the glasses. Over very pleased with the website.

Your web site tricked me. It listed free next day shipping on this order. When I went to checkout it was not offered. There was no date to confirm the overnight was free, so I paid for it $15.00. I would like those funds refunded back to the vessel used to purchase the lenses with. Thank you.

I was looking for glasses that fit my face and weren't too long. They are my back up pair because I missplaced my others. I do like glasses USA; I just wish that there was a better selection of men's, unisex, and women's glasses that actually look good on my face. Also, the app was difficult and not user-friendly, as was the app on the webpage. I really like glasses USA, and I do plan on buying glasses again in the future. However, theses issues need to be resolved before I do.

I ordered glasses on July 9th and did not receive then until August 3rd. The phone contact system is awful. It is impossible to talk to a live agent.During a chat, I was told it takes 6 days to make the glasses. 6 days later I was told it would be 6 more days. The 5 or 6 days to receive the glasses. Will not refer anyone.

First time using the site. I will know better when I receive glasses if the site accurately presents product. The experience was fun. Two issues I faced: I could not pull up the correct item by name on the website's search when I was trying to narrow down my choices. Second, I tried to purchase a recommended addition that would create a thinner lens, but the site did not react to me pressing the box, so I skipped it. I should add, too, that there were far too many ads and discount coupons during the checkout process. That was confusing. All these are small compared to the very satisfactory and enjoyable experience I had.
